• 1 hour kick off meeting to go over your confirmed itinerary and to go over any questions you may have

• 1 hour meeting 1-2 weeks out from your wedding to go over final details

• Set-up services, including: ceremony space, cocktail space, reception space

• Room flip, if required

• Light tear down services - any personal decor will be put away following reception, without interrupting the party of course!

For the budget-conscious couple, or those who want a swoon-worthy day with only their nearest and dearest, we’ve got you covered. This plan has some elements of Full Planning, without the full price.

What’s included:

• 1 hour kick off meeting for vision consultation, decor and design recommendations, provide vendor recommendations, draft your day-of timeline, and for us to answer any questions you may have

• Midway meeting to check-in approximately 5-6 weeks out from the event, finalize any requirements for vendors

• Vendor referrals and recommendations + design and decor mood boards

• Access to the Lighthouse Master Workback Plan

• Management and coordination of vendors, timelines, logistics, and last-minute changes the day-of (they happen!)

• Set up and tear down the day-of

2026 & 2027 Rates

$1,495 + HST for up to 20 guests

Perfect for the couple who wants to do a good portion of the planning themselves, but who want to invest in some logistical legwork leading up to and during the wedding.

What’s included:

2 Months Before the Wedding

• 1 hour kick off meeting to go over what has been done, and what still needs to be finalized for the event

• Midway meeting approximately 3-4 weeks out from wedding (or as needed dependent on vendor timelines)

• Rehearsal coordination

• Follow up with all vendors as required

• Creation of a detailed timeline for your rehearsal and wedding day (additional timelines created for necessary vendors)

• Collaborate with you in crafting a beautiful room layout and design, including decor acquisition

The Rehearsal

• 3 hours of wedding rehearsal supervision and direction, including light set up and tear down

The Wedding Day

• Onsite direction and supervision of wedding day preparation, ceremony, and reception, ensuring that the day runs smoothly, on time, and without a hitch.

• Set up and tear down of wedding ceremony and reception

• Room flip, if required

• Floral and cake pick-up (within 25km of venue location)

$2,995 + HST for 51 to 99 guests

• Regularly scheduled meetings to ensure planning is on track, including unlimited phone and email communication leading up to your wedding

• Detailed budget preparation, allocation, and management

• Vendor recommendations, and assisting in the selection of vendors - including reviewing quotes

• Venue walk throughs and in-person appointments as requested

• Mood board development to aid in selection of wedding theme/colour scheme and design recommendations

• Floor plan layout for ceremony and reception

• Access to the Lighthouse Master Workback Schedule

• Handling follow-ups with all vendors

• Creation of a detailed day-of timeline for the rehearsal, ceremony, and reception

• RSVP and menu tracking

• Custom signage

Rehearsal Dinner

• 3 hours of wedding rehearsal supervision and direction, including light set up and tear down

Day-Of Wedding

• Full day of onsite direction and supervision of wedding day preparation, ceremony, and reception - we’ll be the first one there, and the last one to leave

• Set up and tear down of wedding ceremony and reception
